portable CD players available to use as well as a video recorder/DVD
with a large library of videos. There is also a large
selection of CDs and books.
Basic first aid
facilities are available on site. There are doctors surgeries in Los
Carlos 2km (1.24 miles) away and Castell de Ferro 7km (4.35 miles)
away, as well as an excellent hospital in Motril 20km (12.48 miles)
away. We recommend that you organise your own travel insurance and
bring an E111 document (free from UK post offices) with you, in
order to ensure free treatment.
All meal times are
flexible, although those with the organised courses need to be
arranged with the course organiser.
People in certain
bars and restaurants speak some English, but as this area is
"real Spain" with less concession to tourism than the
Costa del Sol, for example, most of the locals speak a limited
amount of English.

appreciated.

There are log fires,
comfy sofas, videos, books, games and good conversation. You
can also take a trip into the mountains.

A 20% non-returnable
deposit secures a booking, the balance is payable on arrival and you
